Mangalagiri: Nara Lokesh, TDP’s national general secretary, expressed confidence in the National Democratic Alliance’s (NDA) victory in the upcoming elections, despite alleged conspiracies by Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy’s administration. Speaking during an election campaign in Tadepalle of Mangalagiri Assembly segment, Lokesh emphasized the importance of these elections for Andhra Pradesh’s future.

Lokesh voiced concerns over potential disturbances orchestrated by the ruling YSRCP during the polls. He urged citizens to remain vigilant and exercise their voting rights patiently. Criticizing the current government’s policies, Lokesh highlighted issues such as the proliferation of ganja cultivation and burdensome taxation.

Underlining the lack of industrial development under Jagan’s rule, Lokesh promised to prioritize job creation and economic growth under the NDA government. He outlined plans to establish IT industries in Visakhapatnam, pharma companies in Srikakulam, aqua industries in Godavari districts, electronics in Chittoor, and automobile industries in Anantapur.

Lokesh envisioned creating 20 lakh new jobs and doubling the state’s revenue over the next five years. With a focus on transforming Andhra Pradesh into a trillion-dollar economy, Lokesh reiterated the TDP’s commitment to achieving this ambitious goal under the NDA coalition.
