After Twitter announced to reintroduce those banned from Twitter soon, Mr. Donald Trump, the former President of the United States of America refused to rejoin the social media platform.

Mr. Donald Trump recently responded to this and said that he had “no reason” to return to the social media platform.   He said, “I don’t see any reason for it.”

The statement of Mr. Donald Trump came recently after Mr. Elon Musk, the new owner of the micro blogging site shared a poll asking users to vote for Donald Trump being reintroduced to Twitter, removing the ban. 

After the vote of over 51% of Twitter users supporting Donald Trump’s ban removal, Mr. Elon Musk shared a tweet, which read, “The people have spoken.  Trump will be reinstated.”

It is to be noted, Mr. Donald Trump was banned from Twitter for inciting violence following the deadly riots at the US Capitol on the 6th of January, 2021.  He later launched his own social media platform Truth Social, which was developed by his Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG.)
