Vikarabad: Telangana chief minister and Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Chief K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) alleged that Telangana Congress president Dr vanth Reddy is a land grabber and he can never become chief minister of the state. KCR asked the people of Telangana to defeat Revanth at Kodangal and Kamareddy constitutes.

KCR addressed ‘Praja Aashirvada Sabha’ public meetings at Kodangal, Vikarabad on Wednesday and said that he never bothered about the CM post and he always cares for the state. KCR said that he was aware of the problems faced by farmers as he himself is involved in farming. “I’m a farmer and I know your problems. Revanth Reddy is unaware of the problems faced by farmers and hence he is asking to install 10 HP motors. You should remember that he grabbed acres of land,” KCR said.

BRS Chief alleged that Revanth Reddy collected money to grant Congress MLA seats and many Congress leaders openly commented on it. Around 15 leaders from Congress party are aspiring CM post and their dream will remain unfulfilled for ever as Congress is not going to win more than 20 seats in next elections.

He said that per capita income of Telangana was below Rs.1 lakh before BRS formed government in 2014, but it increased to Rs. 3.18 lakh now. He said consumption of electricity also increased from 1,100 units per annum on an average to 2,200 units.

KCR promised to enhance Rythu Bandhu financial support from Rs.10,000 per Acer to Rs.16,000 per annum.
