Hyderabad: In an interesting political development four leaders who recently joined BJP in Telangana state secured place in the second list of MP candidates declared on Wednesday. While Adilabad MP Soyam Babu Rao failed to secure a place, new leaders who joined the party 4 days back made their place.

The BJP national leadership had focused on strengthening the party in Telangana state. Joining in BJP gained pace in the last ten days and many leaders from BRS are making a bee line outside the BJP office for MP tickets.

BJP so far declared 15 out of 17 MP seats in Telangana. Six leaders who joined BJP recently got the seats in two lists declared so far. Former BRS leader Godam Nagesh who joined BJP got Adilabad MP ticket. Nalgonda BRS leader Sanampudi Saidulu was given a ticket, despite facing tough competition from senior BJP leaders Madusudan Reddy and Narasimha Reddy. 

Former MP and BRS key leader at Mahabubabad, Seetharam Nayak got the ticket. A few senior BJP leaders were unhappy over the development.
