Today, the second part of the Budget Session was adjourned for the day. The Session started after the two houses of the Parliament, the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha, took a month long break. Earlier, the session was adjourned till 12 P.M., as the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) workers protested outside the Parliament over a ‘Special Category Status’ for Andhra Pradesh. Later, the Budget Session was adjourned till 2 P.M., as the Opposition and the TDP started creating a ruckus as soon as they entered the Parliament.

A few MPs moved an Adjournment Motion notice in the Parliament for the PNB fraud and the SSC exam scam. The Opposition, with a weapon in their arsenal, the PNB fraud is ready to counter the BJP Government for not delivering their promises. The Leader of Opposition Mallikarjun Kharge said, “We will raise the Bank scam issue in Parliament.”

The nonstop ruckus by the opposition and the TDP workers led to the Session being adjourned just within 10 minutes as the meeting commenced.
