BJP, BRS using ED to suppress opposition: Revanth Reddy

Hyderabad: Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) president A Revanth Reddy alleged that prime minister Narendra Modi and Telangana Chief minister K Chandra Sekhar Rao (KCR) made mockery of the constitutional bodies like CBI, ED and used them to threaten and provoke the opposition parties and strong leaders.

Revanth Reddy wrote an open letter to the public and said, “BRS and BJP are trying to defame the leaders of opposition as corrupt and unethical. They are protecting the leaders who joined their party and harassing others. Both BJP and BRS are working with a common agenda of suppressing the voice of opposition parties which questions their corruption.

Revanth alleged that BRS and BJP are behind the IT and ED raids on the Congress party leaders in Telangana. He alleged that ED and IT departments have become puppets in the hands of BJP top leadership. “Amith Shah and KCR drafted a master plan to trouble the opposition leaders. Piyush Goyal and KTR are implementing it. Vivek Venkata Swamy is in business for decades and he continued in BJP until last week.and he was showcased as a true patriot. But ED conducted raids at his home and office as soon as he joined Congress and it clearly shows the conspiracy of BRS and BJP. 

Revanth asked people of Telangana to understand the combined foul play of BRS and BJP. He urged people to give chance to Congress for the development of Telangana.
