Peshawar: Eight armed men allegedly entered the Bacha Khan University in Charsadda, located 40 kilometers from Peshawar in Pakistan and opened gunfire on Wednesday, Pakistani news agency reported.

According to the reports several casualties have been emerged and at least 15 were feared dead. Two attackers have also been killed. Reports also include that 50 people had been wounded in the attack with multiple deaths in the university.

More than 3,000 students were percent in the university at the time of attack. Security forces have reached the university where the shooting was reported.

On Tuesday, a suicide bombing in Peshawar killed at least ten security personnel. In December 2014, Taliban terrorists stormed an army public school in Peshawar and gunned down over 130 students.
