Mumbai: Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan shed her glamorous look and opted for a de-glam one for her upcoming film titled “Udta Punjab”, starring Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in lead roles. Punjabi superstar Diljit Dosanjh will also be seen playing an important role.

The movie makers unveiled an all new video of Kareena, who is seen in simple style wearing Salwar Kameez in the movie. She will be seen playing the role of a doctor in the much-hyped flick.

Directed by Abhishek Chaubey, “Udta Punjab” is an upcoming thriller and revolves around the drug abuse in the north Indian state of Punjab. The eagerly-awaited drama is set to hit silver screens on June 17, 2016.
