Superstar Krishna’s demise on November 15 left his family, friends and colleagues in a state of shock. He breathed his last at around 4 am today at a private hospital in Hyderabad. His mortal remains have been kept at his home for celebrities and family to pay homage. Later at 5 pm, his mortal remains will be shifted to Gachibowli Stadium for public homage. He will be cremated on November 16 with full state honours.

Veteran Telugu actor Mr. Ghattamaneni Siva Rama Krishna Murthy, popularly known as Krishna passed away on the 15th of November at 4:00 A.M., Tuesday, in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Mr. Krishna, 80 years old, was undergoing treatment at a private super speciality hospital in Hyderabad, after he suffered a cardiac arrest. As per sources, Mr. Krishna, the father of Tollywood star Mahesh Babu, suffered a cardiac arrest and was admitted to a hospital. A team of senior multidisciplinary doctors attended to Mr. Krishna and put him on a ventilator.
On November 16, Superstar Krishna will be cremated with full state honours. Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar had been instructed by Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao to oversee the arrangements. The cremation will happen at Mahaprasthanam crematorium.
Meanwhile, Political leaders, Tollywood celebrities and others expressed condolences and paid floral tribute on the mortal remains of Mr. Krishna, in Hyderabad. Mahesh Babu, the younger son of Mr. Krishna, broke down in tears and was seen crying at the demise of his father.
