Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor and her husband Anand Ahuja welcomed their first child, on the 20th of August.
The couple issued a joint statement on the 20th of August, Saturday, which read, “On 20.08.2022, we welcomed our beautiful baby boy with bowed heads and open hearts. Thank you to all of the doctors, nurses, friends, and family who have supported us on this journey. It’s only the beginning, but we know our lives are forever changed.”
The couple has been blessed with a baby boy and is receiving congratulatory messages and wishes from celebrities, fans, and netizens.
The new mother Sonam Kapoor shared her views on motherhood and how having a child is a selfish decision. “Priorities do change and I think that the child will become mine,” said Sonam. In her latest Vogue interview, Ms. Sonam Kapoor said, “Priorities do change and I think that the child will become mine. The truth of the matter is that they didn’t choose to come into this world. You decided to bring them here, so it’s a very selfish decision.”
After the announcement, the couple is receiving wishes and congratulatory messages from fans and Bollywood celebrities.
