Rajinikanth Admitted To Hospital For Routine Checkup, Fans Tweets For Good Health

Mr. Rajinikanth, the Tollywood superstar was admitted to Kauvery Hospital in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Although Mr. Rajinikanth is fine and was admitted for a routine checkup, the news became headlines. As per sources close to Mr. Rajinikanth, who wished to be anonymous, said, the actor is still in the hospital and is likely to be discharged today, after the reports of routine tests. Mr. Rajinikanth’s daughter Aishwarya and son in law Mr. Ravichandran are with him at the hospital.

He was admitted a day after his return from Delhi. Mr. Rajinikanth was in Delhi to receive the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Award, 2021. During his stay in Delhi, the Tollywood Superstar met with Mr. Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of India and Mr. Ram Nath Kovind, the President of India.

Mr. Riyaz Ahmed, a close friend of Mr. Rajinikanth, addressed the media after he was admitted and assured about his health. He said, ‘Rajinikanth is routinely checked every time. It is necessary to do it regularly. The actor has been kept in a private hospital for checkups for now.”

The news of Mr. Rajinikanth being admitted to the hospital created ruckus amongst his fans and well wishers. Twitter users took to Twitter and hoped for the well being of the actor with #Rajinikanth #GetWellSoon.

In the past also, Mr. Rajinikanth has been admitted to hospital due to his health conditions. Due to the same, he even withdrew the decision of floating his own political party in Tamil Nadu.
