Amid the rising number of the Wuhan virus cases and its new variant Omicron, the theatrical release of actor Mahesh Babu’s upcoming film is likely to be postponed.

Mahesh Babu’s ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ is set to release in theatres on the 1st of April. Initially, the film was set to release on the 13th of January, a day ahead of pongal. However, considering the current situation due to the Wuhan virus pandemic, the makers postponed the dates to the 1st of April. Now once again, due to the Wuhan virus pandemic situation, the release is doubtful. In addition, the lead actor of the movie, Mr. Mahesh Babu has been tested COVID-19 positive and is currently recovering.

The makers of Sarkari Vaari Paata are expected to make an official announcement about the delay in release soon.

Starring National Award-winning actress Keerthy Suresh as the female lead, ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ is directed by Parasuram Petla. The movie has been jointly produced by Mythri Movie Makers, 14 Reels Plus and Mahesh Babu’s G Mahesh Babu Entertainment.
