Hyderabad: ‘Prince’ Mahesh Babu is a bankable star in the Telugu film industry and always manages to steal the show with his movies. His recent offering “Brahmotsavam”, under the direction of Sreekanth Addala, failed to impress the audiences and so the expectations are sky-high on his next venture.
It is heard that the actor will be seen playing an interesting role under the direction of AR Murugadoss. To the surprise, the super star is charging a whopping amount of Rs 23 crore for the film and it is the highest salary that he has ever got, according to reports.
It is heard that Bollywood star Parineeti Chopra is all set to maker Tollywood debut opposite Mahesh Babu in the film, which is yet-to-be-titled. There was also buzz stating that she is charging Rs 3.5 crore for the film. On the other hand, AR Murugadoss is getting Rs 20 crore.
