The legendary singer of Indian cinema Ms. Lata Mangeshkar is still undergoing treatment in the intensive care unit (ICU).
After being on the recovery route, on the 5th of February, the health conditions of Ms. Lata Mangeshkar started deteriorating. She has been put on a ventilator and is currently under the doctor’s supervision.
Notably, On the 11th of January, Ms. Mangeshkar tested positive for the Wuhan virus, also known as COVID-19.
She is undergoing treatment at Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Besides being diagnosed with mild symptoms of the Wuhan virus, she is also undergoing treatment for pneumonia. In addition, due to her age, 92 years old, Ms. Lata Mangeshkar’s health is fluctuating.
Rachana Shah, the niece of Lata Mangeshkar, and the hospital authority are updating about the health of Ms. Lata Mangeshkar every now and then, with fans.
The Breach Candy Hospital authority said, “Lata Mangeshkar’s health condition has deteriorated again, she is critical. She is on a ventilator. She is still in ICU and will remain under the observation of doctors.” The doctors further said, “Lata ji is under strict observation. She remains in a delicate condition.”
