Indian Cricket Captain Rohit Sharma is all set to join the Indian squad in England, for the White Ball series.

On the 4th of July, a video of Mr. Rohit Sharma, batting in the nets after he tested negative for the Wuhan Virus, also known as the Novel Coronavirus (Covid-19,) was shared on Twitter.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) shared the post with the caption, “Out and about in the nets! Gearing up for some white-ball cricket.”   Notably, Mr. Rohit missed the ongoing rescheduled fifth Test against England in Edgbaston after he tested positive during the four-day warm-up game against Leicestershire.

The opening batsman would now be available for the white ball series against England, beginning with the first T20I in Southampton on the 7th of July.

The first T20I starts on July 7, two days after the scheduled end of the rescheduled fifth Test match, on the 5th of July.
