Instagram Suspends Account Of Hindustani Bhau Over Community Guideline Violation

Instagram, on the 20th of August, suspended the account of Vikas Fhatak known as Hindustani Bhau.

The account of YouTuber Hindustani Bhau and former participant of Bigg Boss was suspended over violation of community guidelines.

According to sources, Hindustani Bhau’s account was reported by several users for promoting hate speech and violence over the social media platform.

In response to all complaints, Instagram notified and Confirmed to suspend Hindustani Bhau’s account.

Recently, comedian Kunal Kamra also asked Anil Deshmukh, the Home Minister of Maharashtra to take action against Vikas for his videos.

Kunal Kamra shared a video in which Vikas Fhatak popular as Hindustani Bhau in which he was seen threatening violence against those who insulted Hinduism.

Mr. Kamra took to Twitter and wrote, “HM @AnilDeshmukhNCP & @MumbaiPolice Calling for open violence is a crime. This is a mob building & hate spreading excercise. This is deeply alarming. Could lead to violence & an artist not getting due process. Remarks like “System side main” are an insult to our constitution (sic).”

However in response to the allegations and question of Kunal Kamra, Hindustani Bhau took to Twitter and said, “This video is cut &uploaded pls see this https://instagram.com/tv/CD_b8BBjb5C/?igshid=185gup18qcda2s… I have told whatever I want and I will always be (a) true supporter of india. Jai Hind @AnilDeshmukhNCP @myogiadityanath @AmitShah @CMOMaharashtra @MumbaiPolice @narendramodi.”

Soon after the Twitter fight between Kunal Kamra and Hindustani Bhau, Instagram cofirmed suspension of Hindustani Bhau’s account.

Twitter after the confirmed suspension of Hindustani Bhau’s account flooded with messages and tweets celebrating the suspension with #hindustanibhau #HindustaniBhauDoglaHai.

One such Twitter user said,“This feels so good Big win #hindustanibhau is gone for good . Thank you @instagram.”

Recently, Hindustani Bhau account lost 3 million followers on Instagram after posting a video insulting Shah Rukh Khan. On YouTube he has approximately 1.5 million subscribers.

SRK fans on social media platforms reported Hindustani Bhau and demanded to suspend his account.

This is not the first time Instagram users reported the content posted by Hindustani Bhau. In the past, many users took to Twitter and demanded the same.
