Instagram, a photo sharing social media platform under Meta (Facebook) is likely to roll out an updated feature, allowing 60 seconds video on stories.

Notably, as of now the social media app allows video story sharing of only 15 seconds.  However, now it could give access of sharing videos more than 15 seconds.

The information was confirmed by Mr. Matt Navarra, a social media consultant, who noticed the update, which was rolled out in Turkey.  In a tweet, Matt said, “Instagram is testing longer story segments of up-to 60 seconds spotted by @Yousuffortacom in Turkey.”  Currently, video stories of only 15 seconds are allowed. 

However, an official announcement regarding the new feature update in India is awaited.
