Tollywood star Allu Arjun, on the 28th of December, Tuesday, addressed a post release success party of his recent movie Pushpa: The Rise.

During the event, the actor expressed his gratitude for the huge success of the movie and broke down in tears.  He thanked his director Mr. Sukumar and his other movie Arya, (also directed by Sukumar,) which was a turning point in his career.  Mr. Allu Arjun said, “I am nothing without ‘Arya’.  I am no one without Sukumar.” 

Recalling his struggling days and success journey, the actor said, “After ‘Arya’, I had purchased my first car, which cost me close to Rs. 85 lakh.  I sat in the driver’s seat and started thinking about those who supported me in achieving my dream.”  He further said, “The first person who came into my mind is Sukumar.  Sukku!! I am nothing without you.  I am no one without ‘Arya’.  I did not want to become emotional. But, I cannot help.”

Meanwhile, Pushpa: The Rise is doing great at the box office, with a record breaking collection with over Rs. 190 crores in just 2 weeks.  In addition, the film recorded a collection of over Rs. 42 crores in Hindi dubbed version.  If continued, Allu Arjun’s movie will break the record of Telugu movie, KGF: Chapter 1, which had Rs. 44.09 crores box office collection. 

Pushpa: The Rise has been released in different languages including Hindu, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Tamil.  Notably, actor Allu Arjun is said to have dubbed his dialogues in all the 5 languages.
