Mumbai: After the success of “Holiday: A Soldier Is Never Off Duty”, Bollywood super star Akshay Kumar is all set to work in another remake of Tamil film. According to the latest buzz in the B-Town, Akshay is gearing up to reprise the role of Tamil star Vijay’s role in blockbuster flick “Kaththi”.
According to reports, movie makers A R Murugadoss and Lyca Productions will jointly produce the remake project and it will be directed by Jagan.
Directed by A R Murugadoss, “Kaththi” collected incredible amount at the box office and made headlines. Actor Vijay played dual roles in the movie, produced by Lyca. If everything goes well, Akshay Kumar will entertain the audience in double roles. The regular shooting is expected to begin in April 2016.
Earlier, Akshay tasted success “Holiday: A Soldier Is Never Off Duty”, which is a remake of Tamil super hit “Thuppaki”. And now once again planning to set silver screens afire with the remake of “Kaththi”.
