The Telangana Health Department, on the night of the 27th of November, released a media bulletin updating the Novel Coronavirus or COVID-19 situation.
According to the released bulletin, the State reported 753 fresh cases of the Novel Coronavirus.
Of the total new cases, the highest number of cases were from the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) limits with 133 cases, followed by Medchal Malkajgiri with 78 cases and Rangareddy with 71 cases.
The remaining cases were reported from other districts of the State.
In addition, the State conducted as many as 41,991 sample tests for COVID-19 in the past 24 hours. Till date, the Telangana Health Department conducted as many as 53.74 lakh tests.
With these aforementioned information, Telangana has 2.68 positive cases, of which 10,637 active cases, 1,451 deceased and the remaining 2.57 recovered cases.
Meanwhile, with this the case fatality rate of COVID-19 in Telangana is 0.54 % while it was 1.5 % at the National level.
The recovery rate in Telangana is 95.49 %, while it was 93.7 % in India.
