On the 9th of December, Telangana completed administering 4 crore vaccine doses to people.  The Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) Government announced that Telangana crossed the milestone covering 94% people with first dose vaccination and 50% with two doses against the Wuhan virus. 

Mr. G. Srinivas Rao, the Director of Public Health in Telangana, said, “We have asked the police to enforce a fine of Rs 1000 in the case of not wearing a mask. It is mandatory to wear masks in all work and public places.”

On Thursday, Mr. T. Harish Rao, the Telangana Health MinisTelangana Administers 4 Crore Vaccine Doses, Crosses Huge Milestoneter is scheduled to address a press conference, regarding the achievement of the State Health Department.  The press conference is scheduled to begin at 3:00 P.M.

The Telangana Government officials, the Chief Secretary of Telangana Mr. Somesh Kumar, TRS Ministers and others took to Twitter and made the announcement, congratulating the Telangana Health Ministry for crossing the milestone.
