India reported 19,673 new Covid-19 cases, taking the active cases tally to  1,43,676, by July 31. The Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare also confirmed 39 fatalities, with a recovery rate of 98.48%. In addition, active cases comprise 0.33%. Furthermore, the nation’s death toll reached 5,26,357 with recoveries at 4,33,49,778. Meanwhile, under the nationwide vaccination drive, India administered 204.25 crore vaccine doses against Covid-19.
