The Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP,) the ruling Government of Andhra Pradesh, took a dig at the public meetings of Pawan Kalyan, the Chief of the JanaSena Party.

Taking to Twitter, the YSRCP Official Handle shared a video of a public meeting of Mr. Pawan Kalyan, where he left in the middle.

With the video, the YSRCP said, “అమలాపురంలో @pawankalyan నిర్వహించిన బహిరంగ సభకు హాజరైన జనం సభ మధ్యలోనే వెనుదిరిగారు. స్పష్టత లేకుండా మాట్లాడి, ప్రభుత్వాన్ని విమర్శించడమే లక్ష్యమన్నట్టు ప్రవర్తిస్తే ఇలానే ఉంటుంది. అయినా తాను ఎక్కడి నుంచి పోటీ చేస్తాననేది, తన పార్టీ ఎన్ని చోట్ల పోటీ చేస్తుందనేది… స్పష్టంగా చెప్పలేని వ్యక్తి మాటలను ప్రజలు మాత్రం ఎంత కాలమని వింటారు?”

(People attending a public meeting held in Amalapuram @pawankalyan turned back in the middle of the meeting. This is the case if you speak without clarity and act as if your aim is to criticize the government. However, how long will people listen to the words of a person who cannot clearly say where he will contest from, how many places his party will contest?.)

The comments were made mocking Mr. Pawan Kalyan’s Varahi Yatra, which kickstarted on the 14th of June. Mr. Pawan Kalyan started the Varahi Yatra which would be a 10 days, constituency-to-constituency tour.   During the Varahi Yatra, Mr. Pawan Kalyan organized seven public meetings in 9 constituencies.  Pawan Kalyan will receive complaints from people as part of the Janavani programme and highlight the failure of the Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy Government.
