The Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) led Andhra Pradesh Government filed a petition against the bail approval of the former State Minister and leader of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) Mr. Narayana.

On the 12th of May, Thursday, the fourth additional judge of the Chittoor Court granted bail to the TDP leader in the paper leak case.  Notably, Mr. Narayana was arrested on the 10th of May, in a class X exam paper leak case and was under police custody.  However, on the 12th of May, a single bench judge of the Chittoor Court granted bail to the TDP leader.

Notably, the Additional Advocate General (AG) Mr. Ponnavolu Sudhakar Reddy filed the petition on behalf of the Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy Government. In the filed petition, the State Government sought revocation of the bail on the ground that there was a Narayana conspiracy in the tenth Class paper leakage case.  The Advocate General said, “Bail was granted without filing a bail petition.  Everyone is equal before the law. ”

Meanwhile, under police custody, the Police are conducting the investigation in the Class Xth Paper leak case, allegedly conspired by Mr. Narayana, a TDP leader.
