The Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) Government would form permanent functioning tribunals in every mandal, to resolve land disputes in Andhra Pradesh.

Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh (A.P.,) made a significant move toward the resolution of land disputes in the Telugu State.  He held a review meeting at the YSRCP Camp Office in Tadepalli, Andhra Pradesh.  During the meeting, the State Chief Minister Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy reviewed the Jagananna Saswata Bhu Hakku Bhu Raksha programme.    Under the scheme, digital records of land will be prepared so that no one can tamper with the records in the future.

Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy instructed authorities to establish the tribunal and run it continuously in each Mandal, on a permanent basis, so that the issues of any land dispute would be taken into consideration to resolve the issue as soon as possible. 

Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy also asked the concerned officials for a perfect framework for settling land disputes by the concerned authorities. Emphasising on the use of documents and data to address land disputes in the State should ensure quality and standards in the survey process. 

Furthermore, in order to speed up the survey process in towns and corporations, Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy instructed the officials to raise the monthly targets for aerial and drone flights and land surveys in the State.
