After a successful trial of 3 days from the 8th of June, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam finally opened for darshans for devotees on the 11th of June.

In the early hours, the VIP break darshans have held followed by the common people allowed in the temple of Lord Venkateshwara Swamy in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.

As many as three thousand people have booked for darshan online for today online.

TTD officials are allowed only those who have tickets and has appealed them to containment zones and red zone not to flock to temple. The officials have set up a special lab at the temple to conduct COVID tests for the devotees who visit Srivari. Over 60,000 tickets were purchased online in the last 30 hours. Today three thousand devotees visit Srivari. The TTD staff is conducting thermal screening for devotees at Alipiri.

The devotees are entitled to follow COVID-19 regulations such as maintaining physical distancing and wearing masks to which the devotees are following strictly while visiting a temple.
