Vijayawada: In an interesting political development Telugu Desam and Janasena are heading to conduct a combined general body meeting on November 9. Both the parties will discuss common agenda and formulate the common minimum program to contest 2024 general elections together.

Janasena chief and actor turned politician Pawan Kalyan met TDP chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu at Hyderabad on Saturday and discussed key issues or late to the alliance. Pawan is very keen on formulating a combined manifesto and placing it in public domain at the earliest.

Sources said that both the parties are eyeing to start the exercise on seat sharing after the combined general body meeting and announce the first list of candidates by the first week of December.

Both the parties have already conducted the district level interaction meetings and discussed local issues. District incharges of both parties participated in these meetings.

Pawan Kalyan and Nara Likes are likely to make a key address in the combo d general body meeting. TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu may not attend the program due to the restrictions imposed by AP High court.
