Bangi Ananthaiah, a senior leader of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and a former Mayor of Kurnool Municipal Corporation, tried to commit suicide.
On the 4th of March, Mr. Ananthaiah tried to hang himself at his residence in Andhra Pradesh (A.P.) He attempted to kill himself when his wife and daughter went out for grocery shopping.
According to sources, the locals saw the TDP leader saved his life and took him to a nearby hospital. Hearing the news, Ananthaiah’s family also rushed to the hospital.
Bangi Ananthaiah was being humiliated since the past few days by some of his party members. He was also facing a financial crisis, due to which he decided to take his life.
TDP leaders were shocked to hear the news and rushed to the hospital.
As of now, Bangi Ananthaiah is said to be stable and is under the supervision of doctors.
