Amaravati: AP Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Daggubati Purandeswari condemned the attack against Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) activists who erected flex banners at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Mangalagiri campus. Local circle inspector allegedly attacked the activists of BJYM over erecting anti-government flex banners.

BJYM placed flex banners stating Rs.1618 crores were spent on construction and establishment of AIIMS and total amount was borne by the union government led by prime minister Narendra Modi.

They also said that chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s government gave nothing to the project. BJYM challenged that they will give Rs.1 lakh to the people who prove their content wrong.

Police removed the banners which led to an intense situation. Purandeswari swung into action and condemned the police action. She said that the contents of the banners are absolute facts and YSRCP is trying to hide them using police force.
