Kodali Nani, the Civil Supplies Minister of Andhra Pradesh and a member of the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) is going to complain against the State Election Commissioner (SEC.)

Mr. Kodali Nani complained about N. Ramesh Kumar to the Assembly Privilege Committee. He would ask Legislative Assembly Speaker Tammineni Sitaram to initiate privilege proceedings against Ramesh Kumar for barring him from speaking to the media and directing Krishna Superintendent of Police (SP) to register a case against him.

Meanwhile, the Andhra Pradesh privilege panel ordered a probe against Ramesh Kumar on notice served by ministers Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy and Botsa Satyanarayana.

In addition, the matter of Kodali Nani and SEC Ramesh Kumar would be heard in the Andhra Pradesh High Court (HC) over the SEC’s order.

The case would be heard on the 14th of February.
