The K. Chandrashekar Rao led Telangana Government is planning to build a twin tower building in the capital city, Hyderabad.

On the 29th of May, Monday, Mr. K. Chandrashekar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana, made the announcement that they are planning to bring all the government officials and Heads of Departments (HODs) under one roof, and construct a twin tower building.

The decision came a month after the inauguration of the new Telangana Secretariat.  In addition, the proposed twin tower would be built near the new Secretariat, which is now in full operation.

In this regard, the Telangana Chief Minister held a meeting and discussed the same.  Mr. K. Chandrashekar Rao asked the officials about the number of full time staff working under the HODs of the government departments of all sectors.  He also directed the officials to find a spacious government place available near the new Secretariat. 

Meanwhile, the Chief Minister of Telangana, expressed happiness that Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Telangana Secretariat is built to make the country proud and the employees and Secretariat staff are performing their duties in a pleasant environment.

Speaking of the twin tower building, the construction would be undertaken after the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Government would finalize a location.
