J.C. Pavan Reddy, a Member of Parliament (MP) candidate of the Anantapur constituency, will file his nomination for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, in Andhra Pradesh.

Pavan Reddy, the son of J.C. Diwakar Reddy, the current MP of the Anantapur constituency, will continue the legacy of his father. J.C. Diwakar Reddy devoted his life to the growth and development of the citizens of Anantapur.

Pavan Reddy is expected to meet the Returning Officer in Andhra Pradesh and submit his nomination papers, on the 20th of March. Reddy also organised a grand rally, to be held on the 20th of March.

Pavan Reddy, a candidate of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP,) got the TDP ticket on the 7th of March. Reddy will contest in Anantapur against opposition parties such as the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) and the JanaSena Party.

Andhra Pradesh will contest a total of 25 Lok Sabha seats in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, scheduled on the 11th of April.

The results of the elections will be announced on the 23rd of May 2019.
