The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) issued rain alert in Hyderabad, Telangana. On the 14th of October, Friday, the IMD and the Hyderabad Weather Department predicted heavy to moderate rainfall in the city, for the next 24 hours.

According to the issued orders, “Light to moderate rains and thundershowers very likely to occur in Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Nizamabad, Kamareddy, Rajanna-Sircilla, Sangareddy, Suryapet, Nalgonda, Nagarkurnool, Medchal, Yadadri-Bhuwanagiri, Medak, Mahaboobnagar, Hanmakonda, Kamareddy, Warangal, Jagtial, Jangaon, Adilabad, Nizamabad, Nirmal, Kumaram Bheem Asifabad and Khammam district, during the next three hours.”

The notice was issued around 11:30 A.M., on the 14th of October, Friday.

Moreover, the State Weather Department also forecasted light rainfall for the next few days in the Telugu State of Telangana.

In addition, the concerned authority and the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation also are on the alert to resolve rain related issues in the Telugu State, especially low lying areas having flood like situations in the State.
