Vallabhaneni Vamsi, the Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) of Gannavaram, on the 26th of November, met Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh (AP.)

After Mr. Vamsi quit the Telugu Desam Party (TDP,) his meeting Mr. Reddy lead to speculation about Vamsi joining the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP.)

Vallabhaneni Vamsi, accompanied by Kodali Nani, a member of the YSRCP and an AP Minister, met Jagan Mohan Reddy on the afternoon of the 26th of November at the Tadepalli Camp Office.

While submitting his resignation, Vamsi, during a press meet, criticised the Nara Chandrababu Naidu led TDP and said he would love to work with the YSRCP.  However, he did not make an official announcement about his plans to join the Party.

After today’s meeting, an official announcement regarding Vallabhaneni Vamsi joining the YSRCP is expected to be made soon.
