Hyderabad: YSRCP’s decision of changing MLA candidates is creating ripples in AP Politics.

While a section of people opine it as a self goal, a few term it as a wise move to combat the anti incumbency.

‘Ennikala – Chitralahari’, a weekly election tracker survey conducted by Independent agency India Intentions revealed sensational facts and pre predictions about the YSRCP’s move of changing MLA candidates.

India Intentions conducted a survey with a question “Does Changing MLA Candidates impact YSRCP’s winning chances in 2024 elections?”

 

In reply, 57% people said Yes (the decision will impact winning chance and 24% said No (the decision will not impact the winning chances of YSRCP). Remaining 19% said that they are. ‘Not Sure’

 

Out of the 57% of people who opined that the decision will impact the winning chances, 27% responded positively and opined that YSRCP will benefit from the move. Out of the 26% of people responded positively 18% are YSRCP Supporters. 8%. Supporters of TPP also opined that the move will help YSRCP.

37% of the people opined that the move will have a negative impact on the winning chance of YSRCP.

Even 10% of YSRCP Supporters also opposed the decision and opined it may worsen the winning chances.

21% of TDP & Jang Sena supporters opined that changing MLA candidates will worsen the winning chances of YSRCP.

Out of 24% of people who opined that the decision does not have any impact, 9% are hardcore supporters of YSRCP.  Remaining 15% are TDP-Jana Sena alliance supporters.
