Bomb Exploded In Residential Area Of Kuppam Leaves 2 Injured

In the Kuppam district, a shocking incident of a bomb explosion created panic among citizens.

On the 26th of June, Monday, a bomb exploded in a house in Kuppam district, Andhra Pradesh.  Getting into the details, the incident occurred at 4:00 A.M., causing a commotion in Gangamamba Devasthanam Street locality in Peddapalli, Kothapet.   In the tragic explosion, a couple identified as Murugesh and his wife Dhanalakshmi were seriously injured and their house was destroyed.   However, their two children escaped from the mishap and suffered minor injuries.

After the sound of the explosion, the locals informed the Kuppam Police, who immediately rushed to the spot and shifted the victim to a state run hospital for treatment.  

It is to be noted, this is the second such explosion which happened in the Kuppam district.  The residents who were in fear said they saw a few unidentified people planting the explosives outside the door of Murugesh and Dhanalakshmi’s house.

Meanwhile, the Kuppam Police have registered a case and launched an investigation into the matter.
