The Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporations (APSRTC,) on the 23rd of September, announced 100 % seat Occupancy.

The decision was taken under the Unlock 4.0., issued by the Central Government.

According to the sources, from today onwards, the APSRTC buses would provide 100% seat capacity.

Earlier, the APSRTC allowed 50% seat capacity, from the 21st of May, when the bus services started in Andhra Pradesh.

The APSRTC started bus services after sanitizing all the buses, following social distancing and other protocols of COVID-19.

Online tickets for the APSRTC bookings are also available.

Recently, the APSRTC also allowed city bus services from the 19th of September.

The city bus services started in Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam.
