The Andhra Pradesh (A.P.,) High Court (H.C.,) on the 26th of February, is going to hear a petition filed against the shifting of A.P., Government offices.

The Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) Government, despite A.P., Court’s stay order, started to shift the A.P., Government offices to Visakhapatnam and Kurnool from the current Amaravati.   Beside this, the Court would also hear the petition filed against the recently introduced Capital Region Development Authority (CRDA) Repeal Bill, 2019.

The citizens of A.P., especially Amaravati, are against the proposal of the State Government to have 3 State capitals, Visakhapatnam, Kurnool and Amaravati.

Meanwhile, the protest in Amaravati against the 3 State capitals proposal entered the 67th day, on the 26th of February.
