The Andhra Pradesh (A.P.,) Government, decided to pay full salaries of government employees from May.

Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, decided to cut 50% salaries of government employees in the wake of the Novel Coronavirus from March.   Since the last two months, all government employees were getting half salaries due to worst economic situation in the State.

While many employees showed support and agreed to the decision, many were disappointed and filed a petition in the Andhra Pradesh (A.P.,) High Court regarding the same.

However, the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) Government decided to pay full salaries to frontline warrior of Coronavirus like doctors, medical staff, sanitary staff and police.

Full salaries of all the government employees would be given from May month.
