The Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) Government released the first installment of the YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme. 

On the 13th of May, Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh released an amount of Rs. 7,500 to 52,38,517 farmers beneficiaries in the State. 

All the families would get the YSR Rythh Bharosa money directly in their bank accounts. The beneficiaries includes, 1,86,254 are landless Scheduled Castes (SCs,) the Scheduled Tribes (STs,) the Backward Classes (BCs,) minorities and forest cultivators.

A total of Rs. 3928.88 crore, including 1,010.45 crores under PM Kisan and Rs. 2,918.43 crore under the state’s farmer guarantee scheme would be disbursed into the beneficiaries accounts. 

The scheme was launched as an undertaking of the Andhra Pradesh Government to benefit the farmers of the State.

Under the Y.S.R., Rythu Bharosa scheme the beneficiaries would get Rs. 13,500 per year for agriculture purposes.  

The scheme would benefit 49 lakh farmers in all the 13 districts of Andhra Pradesh. 

The money would be given to farmers in three installments of  Rs 7,500, Rs. 4,000 in October and Rs. 2,000 in February, 2021.

On the 15th of May, Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy launched the scheme through a video conference at the Tadepalli camp office. 

The list of eligible farmers for the scheme has already reached the Rythu Bharosa Centres and displayed.
