The Andhra Pradesh Intermediate Board is set to hold a meeting over the new schedule of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains, released by the National Testing Agency (NTA)

It is to be noted, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has postponed the schedule of the first phase of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2022–23 to April 21. A notification to this effect was issued on the 14th of March,  Monday.

According to the latest schedule, the JEE Mains exams would be computer-based on the 21st of April, the  24th of April, the 25th of April, the 29th of April, the 1st of May 1 and the 4th of May.

According to the original schedule, the first phase of JEE Main exams is supposed to be held from April 16 to 21.  However, to relax students from the burden of clashing intermediate and JEE exams, the NTA re scheduled the exam dates.

The new dates have created a turmoil for the states, which rescheduled the intermediate exams, to avoid clashes.  Andhra Pradesh is one such state, which changed the schedule and now once again clashes with the JEE Mains exam dates.   The new schedule of the Andhra Pradesh Intermediate exams are from the 22nd of April to the 12th of May, and the new schedule of the JEE Mains are from the 21st of April to the 4th of May.

Now, with the complicated situation, the Andhra Pradesh Education Department is scheduled to meet to discuss the recent changes in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains 2022.  During the meeting, the Andhra Pradesh Education officials would discuss the action, which needs to be taken.
