AP COVID-19 Report: Registers 132 Fresh Cases With 1 Death In 24 Hours

Andhra Pradesh has reported 132new cases of the Wuhan virus (COVID-19,) taking the total active cases to 1,823

On the 13th of December, Monday, the Telugu State reported 132 new cases, 1 death and 186 recoveries.  The cases were confirmed through a health bulletin released on Tuesday evening. 

According to the media bulletin, the cases were confirmed after conducting 29,228 sample tests for COVID-19.  With this, the State conducted a total of 3,08,27,634 tests till date. 

In addition, of the total 132  new cases, the highest were from Srikakulam (36,) followed by Visakhapatnam (19,) Guntur (14,)  East Godavari (13) and Krishna (11.)  The lowest cases were reported from Kurnool (1) and Vizianagaram (2.)

Of the total 13 districts of Andhra Pradesh, only 5 districts reported new cases in double digits, whereas 8 districts had new cases in single digits. 

With this, Andhra Pradesh has 20,74,976 positive cases, of which 20,58,631 are recovered cases, 1,878 are active cases and 14,467 are deceased cases.
