Y.S Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh (A.P.,) on the 29th of February, met business tycoon and chairman of Reliance industries Mukesh Ambani in A.P.

The meeting was scheduled at the residence of A.P., Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy’s residence in Tadepalli.

During the meeting, the duo discussed the investment in the State for establishing industries in the State.

According to sources, the Reliance Groups had invested in some lands in A.P., for development under the reign of the previous, Telugu Desam Party (TDP) Government.

However, after the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) came into power, the YSRCP created some dispute in the land allotment, following which Reliance decided to withdraw investment.

The YSRCP was seeking an appointment of Mr. Ambani for a long and finally, on the 29th of February, Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy and Mukesh Ambani conducted a meeting.

The meeting started in the evening and lasted for one and a half hours.

Anant Ambani, Parimal Natwani and Vijay Sai Reddy also attended the meeting.
