Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, issued an amount of Rs. 590 crores, for various beneficiaries, who were not given benefits under various welfare schemes.

On the 27th of December, the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) led Andhra Pradesh Government disbursed the amount directly into the bank account of 2,79,065 beneficiaries, left in the various schemes earlier.  The money was released online mode by the State Chief Minister at the YSRCP Camp Office in Tadepalli.

According to sources, during the disbursement of the money, Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy said that his government knows the hardships of farmers and the poor, therefore would ensure no single beneficiary would be left without the welfare scheme benefits. 

Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy said, “We are depositing funds to the beneficiaries under various welfare schemes like nowhere in the history of the country.”   He further criticised the opposition, Telugu Desam Party (TDP) for spreading rumours and false propaganda amongst the citizens of Andhra Pradesh against the YSRCP Government and CM Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy.

 Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy also assured to continue welfare schemes, ensuring that every single eligible person would be having benefit from the schemes launched under the regime of the YSRCP Government.
