Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, conducted a review meeting regarding cyclone Mandous.

During the meeting held on the 8th of December, Thursday, Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy directed the collectors of districts in Andhra Pradesh to be on alert amid the cyclone.  He said, “ adequate precautions should be taken by the authorities reviewing the impact of the storm from time to time.”

Furthermore, the State Chief Minister also directed the Agriculture Department Officials to be vigilant and create awareness about the precautions that need to be taken at farms amid the cyclone in the Bay of Bengal.  He also reviewed the situation and effect of the cyclone in the Bay of Bengal.

The meeting was attended by district collectors, agriculture department officials and other officials at the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) camp office in Tadepalli.

Meanwhile, due to the cyclonic effect, the Telugu State of Andhra Pradesh is expected to have rainfall and would witness a low temperature for the next few days.
