Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, is scheduled to visit Vijayawada, on the 19th of May, Friday.

During the visit, the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) President would attend an event to honour village volunteers.  Organized at A Convention Center in Vijayawada, Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy would give awards and rewards to village volunteers for their performance in one year.

Notably, the YSRCP led Andhra Pradesh Government organizes the event annually, to praise the performance and efforts of the village volunteers, who work tirelessly for the State Government.  These village and secretariat volunteers are a bridge between the State Government and its citizens, helping to spread awareness about all the welfare schemes to the people.

In order to praise their work and performance, the Andhra Pradesh Government came up with this annual event, in which they reward such volunteers.

Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy would leave for Vijayawada on the morning of the 19th of May, and would return by the afternoon.
