In a tragic accident, a mother daughter duo, identified as Srivalli and Prahas died in Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh.

On the 26th of October, Wednesday, a speeding tractor hit the victims, Srivalli and Prahas, when they were crossing the road near Ashwaraopalem in Avanigadda Mandal, Nellore.  The cause of the accident is said to be due to the negligence of the driver, but an investigation is underway.

The Nellore District Police have shifted the bodies to a nearby hospital for a postmortem and registered a case against the driver. 

In the past few weeks, this is another such tragic accident reported in the Telugu State of Andhra Pradesh.
